A LAWYER, Oluwatosin Ojaomo, has sued Hanan, one of President Muhammadu Buhari's daughters, for illicit utilization of the presidential airplane.
Ojaomo organized the activity at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), claiming that Hanan utilized the airplane for her private task.
In the suit, recorded on February 6, Ojaomo is asking the court to, among others, pronounce as unlawful Hanan's supposed utilization of the airplane for her private commitment in Bauchi State on January 10, 2020.
The legal advisor is asking the court to, among others, announce that "the respondent has no statutory right to privatize the use of the presidential airplane, which is accommodated the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other open officials for authentic capacities".
The legal advisor encouraged the court to force Buhari's daughter to pay what it cost her to go to
